The much-anticipated 2022 Cyrus Creek Cabernet is a jewel with a striking balance of fruit and complexity. Elegant aromas of black cherry and pomegranate combined with the complex minerality for which Diamond Mountain District Cabernet is so renowned. These bright fruity notes are complimented by subtle hints of vanilla and baking spices adding a layer of complexity to this rich and full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. There is a pleasing balance between the fruitiness and structure of this wine. This exquisite wine is ready to drink now or in the next five to seven years. For optimal appreciation, its best opened at least one hour before serving.
